CANCELLATION POLICY: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel a reservation. Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the date of the excursion, or failure to notify us of a cancellation, will result in the full cost of the outing being charged to your credit card. If you are concerned about weather conditions prohibiting your trip, you are required to call the booking agent or Top Notch Charters to confirm whether it will be cancelled.

Due to weather conditions, the captain may make the call to cancel a sailing for your safety, as well as for the safety of the crew. Should this happen, passengers will receive a full refund. Please call for details regarding cancellations and excursion rescheduling.
